  • i ordered a pair of nested glass decanters from FG Bradley Estore before christmas Holiday. One pair shipped to Iowa and arrived safely in clean condition. The second pair, shipped to San Francisco, CA unfortunately arrived scratched, cracked and stoppers unusable. There was NO PACKING material inside the box. The result was that the stoppers were moving inside the box freely against the body of the decanters. I reached out to FG BRadley to ask for replacements or refund. The Manager (WADE) agreed to a full refund including shipping and handling. When I pressed that i would rather have replacements, he flatly refused. The decanter pair was uniquely nested together and received very enthusiastically by my recipient. When I expressed desire to purchase another pair are full price, Wade refused because "they will simply break in shipment". When I asked for additional packing, he said that the shipping department would not do that. This review is written to warn others of the flat refusal on part of F G Bradley manager to work to make a customer happy. I am deeply saddened by this situation and will probably never purchase from this place again. Tim L. HudsonValley, NY
