  • I have lived here for a two years. My first year, no problems and enjoyed the apartment. Loved the management and would quickly take care of maintenance requests. However, it has changed drastically. Our apartment is falling apart and they are failing to help in any way. Our shower doesn't work, our ceiling has been brown for months, leaked for days, our drying machine needs to be ran for 4 cycles, and our oven does not work. Therefore, our electric bill is through the roof in the middle of the winter. We have told our concerns to management and they do not compensate for any of these inconveniences. They say someone is coming to fix it, and there is never any follow through. When we do complain, we are talked down to, and the blame is put on us for not switching to a renovated unit. They should not have allowed us to sign on the lease of this apartment, if it was going to fall apart. I would not work with this management or live here again.
