  • I dropped off my 2012 Grand Cherokee on Saturday morning with no appointment... because it was not starting well, lots of warning lights on the dash & the radio and a/c quit working. Cody was friendly and accommodating, understanding that the Jeep could not be driven. I did not expect to hear anything until Monday, but later that morning Cody called to say they found the problem and it would be covered under my Service Contract! Still didn't expect it to be ready until Monday but that was Okay with me. At 2pm on Saturday, Cody called again to say that they had completed the repairs! Everything was covered under my Service Contract just as planned, and I was able to pick-up the Jeep later that day. Cody and the technicians Saved The Day... and my wife and I were able to avoid the stress of not having our Jeep to get to work on Monday. Thank you Cody and the entire service staff, we really appreciate everything you did for us!!!
