  • My first experience of this place: semi-okay. My husband and my mother in law gave me a gift card as a birthday present for facial treatment and mani-pedi. The esthetician Joni was really nice and I have no complaints about her wonderful service. The only complaint is that the receptionist made an error on the booking. Civello charged me separately on mani-pedi for $80 instead $75 for both, a $25 extra facial treatment that I didn't asked for and HST on top of it which my husband already included in the gift card. The result end yeah I got my money back for the difference but I won't be coming back again.
