  • We used Donley for the first time yesterday to repair our furnace, and we are tremendously pleased. We had initially heard about Donley in a glowing newspaper article published in the Arizona Republic a few years ago. I saved their name for when we needed a repair company. They came out the same day we called them, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I was also given information about a plumbing issue I mentioned, and info about our aging a/c units. No attempt was made to sell us anything - and the technician was polite and very punctual. I want our service providers to make money so they stay in business and will be there the next time we need them. However, many of us have been taken advantage of by less scrupulous service companies in the past, and are therefore cautious when using a new company. We will certainly make Donley our go-to company for all furnace, a/c and plumbing needs, and based upon their service yesterday, I can recommend them. Thanks guys!
