  • If I could give this store zero stars I would. My mom received some ugg boots as a gift from my brother for Christmas. It turned out that they didn't fit. We walk into the store going to Exchange them for a smaller size not return them and the Customer Service we received was absolutely terrible. The girl helping us called who I'm guessing was the store manager over to make a thorough examination of the shoes and was like we cannot resell these. So, we ask why? And he's like because they've been worn. Ok, yes they have been lightly worn around the house when thy were given to her and never outside because they didn't even fit! Basically said nothing we can do, sorry. I didn't know that we were the only people in the world that tried shoes on and walked around in them to test the waters. Apparently you need to know your exact size and fit before purchasing these expensive boots. So, you're telling me that not one person that walks into this store to buy or try on shoes doesn't walk around in them. I would honestly never buy these boots ever again.
