  • Cathy's has so much potential... but the staff working the counter was not friendly at all, seemingly unwilling to offer samples of any of the ice creams. It also appeared that the ice cream had been left out of the cooler or held in the wrong temperature as both of our ice cream sandwiches were very runny immediately upon picking them up. We went out of our way to give Cathy's a try but wouldn't do so again. If you're in the area and looking for sweets give it a try... but there's better places in Cleveland for dessert if you're on the hunt.
