Took 3 months to get an appointment. I did receive 3 calls/messages to remind me of my appointment as the date got closer. Not one of them told me to be here 30minutes prior, the only thing I was told was to bring was my cat scan, which I did. When I arrived the front desk asked me if I had my "paperwork" which I gave them my cat scan, and then the rudeness and blatant irritation and disrespect started and continued from that point on. Telling me I should have been here earlier blah blah blah. If that was the case your front desk should have said something and sent me the paperwork I needed to fill out. I apologized and let them know I wasn't aware. I've had three months waiting for this appt and plenty of time to get it handled if I was told the proper procedure. Poor planning on your part is not my problem and the attitude and rude behavior from the front desk is unacceptable. Which I let them know when I brought my paperwork up finished. That didn't stop it from there like you'd think. I've never experienced anything like this in my life at a doctors office. If they let there front desk treat patients this way, I highly doubt the doctors are any different. Hey front desk- some advice for you: If you don't like your job or people find something else to do. Taura you are the absolute the worst and most miserable human in my opinion. I'd take my money elsewhere if I were you.
