If I could give a zero, I would. I have been dealing with this worthless dealership for over 5 months trying (unsuccessfully) to get a refund from my cancelled extended warranty. I filled out the cancellation form in September of 2015 and was assured I would receive the refund in 2 months time. It is the end of February and somehow, nobody knows the status or whereabouts of my cancellation form/refund. I have called at least 3 times per month since December with empty promises of returned calls. I guess the next step is to go to the dealership and not leave until my issue is resolved.
