First off it's a huge store,bad thing about that is there's not enough customer service representatives on the floor for such a big store,and when you do ask them for help they try to avoid you and are a bit hostile about answering questions,also merchandise does not ring up correctly and they take it out on you when you say it's cheaper for example at check out or cashier said he hates when customers say something is supposed to be cheaper and implied it's annoying when the customer does so, basically he said my wife and I were annoying,don't take it out on your customers if you don't like your job
