My mom has intense abdominal pain, it has been ongoing for a week and she finally couldn't bare the pain and decided to go in. She waited all night and after 10 hours they drew some blood twice and sent her back out to wait in the waiting room. She stayed for 14 hours and still no one could tell her what was wrong. She cried tears of pain at one point so they gave her an asprin. Seriously, an asprin? That's the best they can do. I called back stressed out and worried for her health and they told me the long wait was because they are busy and under staffed, then said they didn't know what was wrong with her and wouldn't give her something strong since they didn't know. They said they usually have more doctors on staff but today there was just one! Really? Then the nurses and staff were rude to my mom while she's in terrible pain. When I called to ask questions of "NO DIAGNOSIS" & THE 14 hour wait, ELENA WAS RUDE TO ME, SARCASTICALLY asking me "so WHAT ARE YOU CALLING FOR? YOUR MOM LEFT, WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO NOW?". That's RIDICULOUS! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. "DON'T GO THERE" WITH O STARS IS THE BOTTOM LINE!!!!
