  • The most unprofessional medical service that I've ever dealt with. The previous poster hit the nail right on the head. I was set up for a sleep study. Was only given 3 time choices (8:30pm,9:00pm, and 9:30pm). Was told I had to be done by 5:30am and out by 6:00am. I work late nights (8:00pm-4:00am) so I don't fall asleep until 5:00am or so. I attempted to go to sleep at 10:00pm. Couldn't fall asleep. Get woke up at 3:10 and told they don't have enough time to complete the second half of the sleep study. Had they told of the time constraints, I could have come in at 8:30 and at least had another hour of time to try and complete the study. Now I have to go back and the first thing they ask for is the $50 copay and insurance card before I filled any paperwork. It's truly about the money with them. Also, the room was extremely cold but using the blanket made it too hot. Don't recommend them at all. I've been waiting for the owner to call me back but she's yet to do so. If you need a study done, try one of the other sleep clinics.
