  • Took my car here because I was thinking that it might be under warranty, it wasn't, but that was fine. It wasn't starting - so they umm... replaced the starter. Picked my car up, was trying to leave the parking lot but my AC was sputtering a lot- pulled into a parking space and from there I could not start it. couple of guys came out - one was very nice, they think its just a dead battery (odd coincidence) one of them was nice enough to drive me to NAPA where my battery is under warranty (this is where the ONE star comes from). I get the battery, it starts, I go home, in 24 hours it dies. I have them tow it back they tell me it's the alternator (shocker). The guy doesn't take responsibility for screwing it up in the first place. Acts like he's doing me a favor for paying for the tow ( the one 24 hours after i left)
