  • We called to schedule 2 pedicures. They asked if we could come at 2:00 instead of our requested time. We agreed. We arrived a few minutes before 2:00 and they said they'd be with us in a few minutes. At 2:20 we were discussing how long we'd wait before leaving and a gal came over and led us to the chairs. She said it would be 5 min. until they'd start our pedicured. Then she & others continued working on other customers. At 2:30, with no sign they were ready to do our pedicures, we left. We will not return. Too many other nail salons in the area to try. Hopefully they will honor their appointments & be truthful to other customers.
