  • Robert ROCKS!! ask for him Yes the company as a whole has issues but he's a Guru! I'd talked to 4 tech folks on the phone and I've been a customer for over 15 years and he needs to be recognized but kept down here with the people- they change once they are moved to corporate to drones- Ask no wait for him if you have an issue you can't figure out!
