  • I got appointment with Geek Squad in camelback best buy in phoenix they sent to my house a personal without any acknowledge about Home theater, He did not answer all my questions always he repeat again and again we are going to send someone to fix it , but he never told about the problem , also offer me my money back on the store , when i went to the store the told me that it is underfunded, Geek Squad stole $ 100.00 for my appointment. Please best buy do not offer this service for Home Theater. because it damage you image .
