FRAUD ACTIVITY- I paid for a certified/return receipt service and never got anything saying my package was delivered and the tracking information was not updated. I went into the Post Office and told them what happened, but I wasn't helped with my issue. I paid for the service again and ended up with the same results.
Again, I went to 2 different Post Offices to figure out what was going on. I followed up multiple times and no one could tell me where my packages that I paid for are located. I called a number and made a fraud report. After an investigation was done, I received an email stating my packages were nowhere to be found.
With that being said, I'm a busy person and I don't have time to keep going into the Post Office. I was able to make time today and was told they couldn't refund me MY money, because it's been over 60 days. USPS, you're company is a sham, you steal from customers and you steal from your employees too. MY mail is probably sitting in an CCA's closet. REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!
