  • I am now a regular at this gym. I moved to it from Fitness One when I got a new job and the corporate deal was really good. I love how you can watch TV while on the cardio machines and there is even a row of elliptical machines and treadmills with their own personal TV on the display unit, this particular row of machines also look out on the rail tracks and the skyline of Toronto, pretty nice! What I love about this gym is they have a sauna. The sauna isn't always on so I turn it on at the beginning of my workout so it is at the max temp when I am done. The gym is very clean, I have never had to wait for a cardio machine and there is a good selection of group classes. It is advertised at 24 hour, but this means 24 hour Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Saturday and 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Sundays.
