  • This is a kiosk in the middle of the Forum Shops at Cesar's. We got enticed to try the chocolate flavors (you can have three different flavors in one cone). I also wanted some coffee, so why not? Good: The ice cream was very good The coffee was good too. Bad: Prices are very high, $10 for three small balls of ice cream in a plastic cone Very hard to get a table, place is very small If the prices were lower and the ice cream portion bigger, I could give this place a 4 star rating, but unfortunately prices are at tourist trap level (like most things in Vegas), Cheers!
