  • I am a first time home buyer and looked at several alarm companies before deciding on one. Luis was a phenomenal sales rep. He took the time to explain all the hidden fees that you can sometimes encounter with other companies and did a great job comparing what you will get and what others offer. The only thing I didn't like about the company (reason I knocked off a star) is that once you decide a plan you are locked in for the next 5 years. If I would have known that just adding a thermostat added an additional $600 on the overall 5 year total I would have went with the basic package and bought a smart thermostat for a lot cheaper and save $10 a month. Overall I have had the system for almost two months and it seems to work flawlessly. They also cover false alarms which is a huge plus.
