Arriving prior to opening we stood outside waiting, when the clock hit 9am all we heard was the click of the lock but no one opened the door and greeted us or the other patients waiting to be seen. This facility advertises "Walk-ins" welcome however, upon showing up as the first patient of the day at 9:00 am I was told that their next available appointment was at 11:45am. This model is more like a primary care office than an urgent care. The heavy black lady at the front desk was extremely rude and didn't seem to enjoy her job very much. She never offered us the option to stay and be worked in and didn't mind at all to see us leave. Instead we went down the street to CVS minute clinic where walk-ins are truly welcomed being seen within 12 minutes of arriving and having a great experience.
