  • I was impressed with Steve's knowledge about the different options available to prospective homeowners. I have used larger lenders before, and it was a terrible experience--no personal attention or help whatsoever. Steve was able to explain the different options available (including programs I didn't know existed), which the big lenders never bothered doing.
