| - I think Tin Tin is a Role Play Game and I was drafted into playing. If you eat here you can live the life of:
A) A Japanese soldier during WWII
B) A homeless person eating food from a Japanese version of soup kitchen.
I got the veggie box, so I'll stick to the description of that. Their meat entrees might be good, but I doubt it.
The 'veggie box' consists of cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and rice or noodles.
I asked for no broccoli, but apparently it comes pre packaged so they couldn't remove the broccoli. Fine.
So what they do is put the veggies from a bag on the grill, 'grill' it for like 10 seconds and serve it to you with noodles on the side. For taste, they give you Japanese mayonnaise on the side. woo hoo..tasty!
The 'food' felt/tasted like steamed, soggy veggies and noodles. If you were lucky, there were a couple strands of carrots and a few zucchini slices.
So basically I ate steamed (no wait 'grilled') cabbage and noodles. I'm pretty sure this is what the Japanese ate during the war because food was so scarce and expensive. Here they charged me $5.50 for poor man's wartime food. And I bet the poor Japanese farmers made it tastier even though bombs were falling around them!
Its sad that people think this is a great hibachi grill.
Next time you feel like eating here, try your garbage can first.
Now I need to get this taste out of my mouth and get some real food.
