  • Ordered a sugar cone with one scoop and when they were scooping it out, I walked over to the register where there was another employee staring into space. I asked her to ring me up so the other girl didn't have to and we can be on her way and she rudely interrupted me and said, "she's helping you" and proceeded to look into space. So because she's scooping ice cream, you can't ring me up? What teamwork. Ice cream was bland and was coated with dirty water from the scoop rinse bucket. Yuck on service and blah on ice cream.
