  • I have lived at these apartments since 2010. My husband was here before that in 2008. We absolutely love it here. It is convenient and a great area. Close to schools ( my son started as a 7th grader @ Cocopah and is now a senior at Chaparral) Every time I have a concern or question, the staff in the front office, Marlena and Jessi are always patient, consistent and have the urgency to get things done. Not to mention the upgrades they have done with the pool and the gym!
