  • I came across this place thru groupon and went in for a basic cleaning and exam. I feel like every money hungry dentistry has their own theme. Either cavities, extractions or in their case, gum disease. As i sat in the waiting room I watched pre-selected slides and skits about gum disease and their antibiotic Arestin. Apparently 1/2 people have it so either I or the girl across from me were bound to be diagnosed. When they called me into the room they did the standard xrays and talked to me about their cancer screening which I declined. Then we went on to the poking and prodding. They took this sharp instrument and dragged it and stabbed it across my gums. Starting from the front and going all the way around the teeth to the back on both the top and bottom. After all that stabbing my gums were bleeding (surprise!) which brought them to the conclusion that i have gum disease. The dentist was then brought into the room and told me my ortho shouldnt have ever put invisalign (which i currently have) on me with gum disease. She said thats crazy to her and that there's no point in having straight teeth if they're going to fall out eventually (im only 23. Come on now. Thats a little dramatic) then they had the front desk lady tracy come in and show me my costs ($1900 or $1400 with their savings plan). I told her that's expensive for me and she told me its important that i get it done and that i shouldn't leave without scheduling an appointment. I scheduled an appt just to get them out of my hair but i am NOT going back. This was absolutely ridiculous and a waste of $30. Ive been to several dentists thru groupon and not one has ever told me i have gum disease. What a joke! Oh and forgot to add, they never even cleaned my teeth which is what I paid for. Ha great place!
