I went to the Wynn Buffet during Labor Day weekend. I was expecting a little bit more for the price of $52. My favorite was the wagyu beef brisket- it was soft and full of flavor. The prime beef and ribeye were decent. Alaskan crab legs was great. The quail, although buttery, was also delicious.
The rest of the booths were not so good. The sushi bar did not have variety. I tried the lobster and avocado roll, and it didn't have enough filling and was flat. Soups were just tomato and lobster bisque and chicken noodle broth. I liked the shabu shabu with wagyu beef cooked with shiitake mushroom in a soup broth.
Dessert bar was on point but not wow factor. I enjoyed the fresh crepe with strawberries and chocolate sauce. The banana toffee was surprisingly good! Cheesecake was smooth and sweet. The Thai iced tea mousse tasted exactly like Thai tea! But if you were to go, you should get the lychee ice cream- it's vanilla with lychee bits.
