  • Ive lived in my rental almost a year now and eventho my rent is being raised ahhhhhh!!! It has been explained why!!! So i also looked at comps in the area and very sad to say things have truly increased in a yr might need a roommate now lol jk. Well everything in this house that can breakdown did break down in the last yr. But a very gracious thankyou goes out to Shelly i feel like she cared more than i did when the air conditioner system needed to be replaced.... She was very apologetic about not being able to contact owners in a timely manner. Oh and audri was also amazing i literally had 7 days to find a place and move in i turned in my app. On thurs she called me 2 hrs later to tell me everything has been approved. And i had my keys by the next tues. Very caring and awesome company. I appreciate you
