  • Biggest waste of time I've ever seen. Was grounded twice cause of plane malfunctions. Then was greeted rudely after making it through 2 check points by a "Gina Hollingsworth" who took my fiancees booze and threw it away. Not only was I costed an entire day with my family because of this airlines incompetence but then was insulted by this girl with entitlement issues. I am truly disgusted by this airline that has the audacity to put US in front of its name. Even more i can't believe that my fiancee made it through the gate then the greeting stuaedess to be insulted by some girl that looked like she just graduated high school take the only thing that could of made this horrible trip made by us airlines a little better. I will never fly this pee wee joke of an airline again and I suggest you don't either.... this is the first trip me and my fiancee who is an RN and takes care of people who can't take care of themselves have taken EVER! So please beware and trust a fellow American do not fly this airline
