  • I usually go and wait hours at Banner Gateway but I decided to go to the Mountain Vista ER it was the worst! I was there for like 9 hours. I was suppose to have a CT scan with contrast and the lead tech he is lucky I forget his name but he was rude! He made me anxious like he was on drugs. The contrast machine he claimed all of sudden didn't work and that he needed to inject the contrast manually. I was not comfortable with that at all. He made me nervous so I asked a bunch of questions apparently he was upset with me because of it and decided he wasn't going to do my scan. So he wheeled me to a room and just left me there. No hospitality or anything. The wait was horrible. The nurse practitioner was nice but most every one seemed to lack knowledge of their job which made me uncomfortable. And they seem to not really care about you. They deserve 0 stars but i gave it 1. I left there still feeling bad and still not really knowing what was wrong with me. I will stick to Banner Gateway it's not the best but better than Mountain Vista ER!
