  • I haven't been to Kohl's in years. Like most big box stores, the experience is bland, impersonal, and accompanied by grating pop music. If there's one thing that works as people repellent, for me at least, it's the ridiculous onslaught of horrible loud music in malls and big box stores these days. UGH. Add in the vacant-eyed, apathetic staff, the messily half-stocked shelves, the overpriced-then-"sale"-priced merchandise, and yeah. Just...no. Kohl's is just another face in a depressing crowd.
