  • I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the housekeeping condom indecent. Long story short, we stayed for 6 days in one of their long stay full kitchen rooms. The hotel itself is excellent, right in the heart of Markham. Great location. But, room cleaning service sucks! Total failure on attention to detail in cleaning/prepping the room. Accidents happen, but when the cleaners fail to replace dish soap in the kitchen sink with new soap, leaving the old soap that the previous tenants wrapped in a condom (who knows why) leaving it for my family to handle and touch. YES, I have a problem with that. I brought it to managements attention who compensated me with one day of stay. I would stay here again, but beware of the potential substandard room cleaning.
