  • this is the absolute worst company ever!! i wish my seller would have never purchased this company for me, in which i had no say so in the matter. EVERY TIME I call them it is a 45 minute to an hour wait and they disconnect me! The one time i held for an hour only to get a recording saying i have called after hours. that's funny cause it wasn't after hours when i started the call! not to mention i had asked a rep earlier that day what their hours were and was told they were available until 9pm Central. it was 8:15 when i was disconnected!! 2 weeks later and what was then a freezer with a discontinued part is now a completely dead refrigerator altogether as i had to unplug it yesterday due to it making a noise and over heating and sizzling on the inside. i called them this morning and all they could tell me was that they are sending an expedited email to the purchasing department. An email???? you sent one of those last week when i told you i would accept the offer for the new unit you found. but i was also told on the call last week that it absolutely would not be taken care of before the holiday. really? way to set expectations. i cannot wait until this contract is up. i will NOT be renewing with this company! your reviews are the worst!!!
