  • We stayed here for four nights & were thrilled with it all as we are Marryatt timeshare members. We had ajoining suites & it was spacious with a comfortable couch, good size round table, TVs in the family room & both bedrooms, a spacious master bathroom with two sinks, a tub, & spacious shower. The housekeeping staff was very nice, making sure we had what we needed. It was so nice being just off the strip enabling us to walk & not drive for the most part. The staff at the front desk was very nice, expediting the check in process & the valaes unloading & bringing up luggage to our rooms. Thge consierge was nice when we had questions about Vegas as were one of the girls at the front desk & Marco who both had a wonderful sense of humor as we had short conversations walking by & checking out on a couple separate occasions. I did not experience the fitness center or pools, but the 5th Floor pool Grill had great food, as did the Loby Bar (see my review.) We also dined at the 5th floor Bar & Grill. It is right next to the pool on that floor, so one can kill two birds with one stone. The food is wonderful American food. The cheese casadilla is plentiful with tender chicken, green chilis, & cheese in a fresh warm flour tortilla. It is perfect with the sour cream & fresh tortilla chips. Our waitress was very nice & left nothing to chance. So, for an excellent stay with wonderful ammenities with friendly service, Marryatt Shatu cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.
