  • I was in the store today and was looking for the manager Eric. I was greeted by an employee named Cody. He paged Eric and as we were waiting another employee walked up, her name was Sarah (short, very dark lipstick, dark hair). She asked what we were doing in a rude tone and Cody told her I needed to speak to Eric. She rolled her eyes then said "he's on lunch so I guess you're going to have to page him in the office". She gave me a dirty look and then went about her business laughing and joking with other co workers. I did nothing to this Sarah for her to treat me this way. She obviously only had a problem with me considering the way she acted after our brief encounter (laughing and joking with the others). Cody then called upstairs and spoke to Eric who immediately came down to speak to me. Both Cody and Eric were extremely nice and helpful, but this Sarah really upset me. I'm not usually one to complain but as the day went on this encounter kept replaying in my head. If she can be that fake and friendly to her co workers then why be so rude to a customer? I will not be back to this location as long as she's there.
