rev:text	I came here a few months ago to get my forearms sugared for the first time. I booked with Amy due to reading raving reviews and I can attest that her work is amazing! She explained the difference between waxing and sugaring and i was left with the smoothest of arms even after a few weeks of not touching them! I returned a few months later, again to get my forearms sugared. I was receiving emails from them about getting 20% off if I booked on certain dates/times. I was booked with Terese and I had the worst experience....I had powder all over my pants and shirt. The wax she was using was apparently 'not sticking right' and she continued to blame the wax being 'runny', whereas it was just her technique that was poor. Each time she would go to pull the wax off it would either stay stuck on my arm or go flying across the room, on the floor or on to my clothes. And I kid you not about it happening every time. It was the most awkward appointment ever as it was apparent she lacked the skills. And the worst of it all was she was applying the wax in various directions dismissing the direction of hair growth. She didn't even bother cleaning me up afterwards and just handed me a towel to wipe off...I got home shortly after the appointment and found wax residue under my shoes, on my arm still and all over my clothes..which took forever to get off. My arms were super itchy the next few days and I had so many ingrowns appear as the hair began to grow back! I love sugaring and will be back to book with Amy for the rest of my appointments. Don't book with Terese unless you want wax and powder all over your clothes.
