  • Upon my first call to this business; answered by Lynn, right away the level of customer service I should have expected was reflected in the un-courteous manner she answered the phone. They seemed like they could help us with a very time sensitive delivery to our customer. In the end the customer needed the delivery to happen after 2pm - and very rudely she replied "Well we just can't help you". Being in the customer service business and dealing with our continuously time changing client (who was very unaccommodating to us), I did not once loose my cool and speak to my client unprofessionally. So in turn I expected a bit more professionalism with Lynn. We would've given them such good business - too bad their service was subpar!
