  • I'm surprised this place is so highly rated. I had just an OK experience. I didn't like how the two people giving us a massage were constantly talking to each other. Even though they were whispering, it was annoying & I couldn't relax. Also I hated how the woman would tell me to relax. If she didn't press down so hard maybe I would've been able to relax. The place had massage chairs out in the open. I didn't care for that. When you walked in, it had a strange smell. The massage bed had a hole for when you turn over on your tummy to look through. I noticed it was smelly and probably had never been cleaned. I picked the massage with 40-minute feet, but she seemed to skimp on that and basically rubbed lotion on my feet with little pressure. I wasn't happy about that because my feet needed the work. To make things worse, a group if 8 people came in. It got noisy and crazy with the workers scrambling around to set up stations and the stupid people in the group talking, laughing and making jokes. At a certain point I think someone was standing over me to see how it's done. At that point I just wanted to get the hell out of there!
