  • My father and I have been going to this location for years. Ramon has always been helpful and honest. Yesterday, I broke the passenger side mirror of my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. My father and I drove to Purrfect Auto. I spoke to Mike who is the assistant there. I explained I needed to replace my passenger mirror. He went to inspect my mirror scanned the bar code on my car and called various places to get a price for a replacement. Well after 20 minutes Mike told me the dealership part would cost $250 but he found a place that sold it new for $100. He told me he had a body paint guy that comes once a day and would ask him how much it would cost to paint match my powder white car. Anyway, he called me two hours later told me the estimate with the body paint and installation total $280. I was so happy for such a prompt response. Mike called me this morning and told me the part was ready to go on my car. I stopped by and it was a perfect match. I was so impressed with the quality, fast, and genuinely caring service I received from Mike. Ten minutes later I had a new passenger mirror. It looks like I never broke it or replaced it. The care and service is fantastic. Mike is a great asset to Purrfect Auto!!!!!
