| - I have been coming here for years , and I received fraudulent currency (counterfeit money) as change last Saturday , and because the employee I reported was too "busy" to report it to the manager , and or "check the surveillance tape" like she said she was going to , they said, "unfortunately because of the amount of time you waited to assess the situation , we cannot honor the complaint." So I asked, "with Full discretion , what justifies a reasonable amount of time when you guys closed 15 minutes from the time I made the purchase ?" No response . The lady Jessica said she would get back to me the following day , and nothing . Thank you , you will be hearing from the BBB, the attorney generals office, as well as Phoenix PD.
