  • Stopping in was definitely on my list of things to do while in Vegas since I haven't had a chance to make it the one in Texas. There was hardly anyone there in the afternoon and they had lunch specials going on (till 3pm). The place itself is pretty big, apparently they have line dancing lessons in the evening and then it a full blown dance hall at night. I got the lunch special with the pulled pork sandwich, the chips were homemade and were very good. Light but still crunchy with just the right amount of seasoning. The nachos were HUGE definitely enough for a few people to share. They didn't have as much Gilley merchandise as I'd hoped to find in the store. Glad we got to go!
