Lori C. was very rude to my husband and me. On a Saturday, we were waiting for the pharmacy to reopen at 2:00 pm. Lori was on the phone and the gate was closed. As it was past 2:00, I said to my husband "Isn't the pharmacy supposed to open at 2:00?" Lori, (recognizing my existence for the first time since my arrival) shouted "You don't need to be rude Ma'am!" I told her I was talking to my husband and wasn't speaking to her. She had a completely snarky attitude after that. I asked for her manager and she begrudingly told me his name. This is not the first time I have been to this Smiths pharmacy and seen Pharmacy Technicians be rude to customers. Very poor customer service and they don't care about how they present themselves. Very poor professionalism.
