rev:text	From diagnosing our a/c problem (we need a new one) by Jared, to proposing a new one by Jim Reed, to the price (reasonable), to the installation, by Shawn and Matt; to the supervision of the whole project, by Jim Reed, we had an entirely positive experience. I would unreservedly use and recommend this team. I did my best to aggravate them, but they hung in -- they said because of my wife.
