I really wanted to give Fuji Yama three stars, because of the nice decor ( a lot cleaner and brighter than former Kyoto 17) and the food was delicious, from the crispy tempura to the awesome seafood noodles and fresh rolls, BUT it wasn't busy and it took forever for our server to get to us. Two of our dishes were forgotten about, and no one acknowledge that fact, plus they didn't care enough to put away the giant pile of dirty dishes stacked two tables in front of us. With some work, Fuji Yama could be an awesome sushi spot . . I'm crossing my fingers for them.
