  • I came into the shop today to have a stripped tuner lug nut be removed. The nut is one of those internal theft proof lock lugs. I spent the majority of the day trying to remove it myself in this vegas heat. I went and purchased tools from the store and hours later nada. I finally gave in and came to this location to be met with great customer service. They pulled my car in while I sat in the nicely air conditioned room. I watched as the gentlemen worked on my car with care and attention to detail. I know it's only a stripped lug nut but it did really require a special tool and a torque air wrench. The gentlemen even put my new lugs on all 4 wheels for me. Before i knew it the service was done and I was out on my way. I'm thankful for the staff and the quality of work they put forward. The head of the buisness is also a hoot to talk to while you wait.
