Revised - Jason did come out and fix our gate so we're pleased with how the gate looks.
Tonya, I would like to make it clear that I notified Jason prior to us moving into our home about the faulty gate. There were no scheduling issues on our end since we weren't even living in our home at the time. I told Jason he was welcome to come to the house at any time to fix the gate. Second, this company did not tell us that there was a website that we could go to that would tell us how to fix the gate, that they installed incorrectly.
We have two gates and one of the gates does not close properly (does not latch). Within 2 weeks of install, I reached out to Jason and notified him of this issue (April, 2016) he told me it was a simple fix that I can do with a screw driver. He said he would walk me through the process over the phone. If needed, he would stop by to show me the adjustments. He then never got back to me, or stopped by. I reached out to him again in July after we moved into the home and told him he needs to come out to my house and fix the problem with the gate. Why did I pay all this money for a faulty gate? He asked me when I'd be home from work. I told him multiple times that I would be home, and he never got back to me. I'm beyond irate. This is NOT SAFE for my family. Get out to my house and fix or replace this gate or you're going to have bigger issues than an upset customer with a faulty gate!
