  • Ok so for my wife's birthday I decided to get her hair cut and colored.the cut was great but the color was shit ..... I specifically asked for PLUM PURPLE.... I made it clear as day I wanted that color ...... well what I got was my wife's hair black and not a shade of purple in it at all ....!!!!!! They even tried adding more purple after the first time and it went darker ..... instead of being told sry for the hair and the mistake of me not knowing how to color hair right . Why dnt you come back another day and we will make it the right color . NOOOO we were told sry for the miss understanding and had to ask to pay less cause it was not what we asked for .... I even showed a color of the right color off of my phone from googling it and she said oh what shade is it ? Well hello the shade the pops up purple in all the hundreds of pics!!!!!! I will not be coming back to this chain of hair style salons ever again ..!!!! This is ppl hair they have to walk around with not just a sry have a nice day can fix the hair ...... especially it being a birthday gift !!!!
