We recently had a large work party at Brewsters' private room. The room itself fits around 20-30 people seated and maybe 40 people in a cocktail setting. 30 people attended our work party.
The food was fine, mediocre at best. The beer, which was suppose to be their specialty was good, but most of the beer drinkers who had tried different sets of their beer taster didn't think it was special at all. Like all pubs, the food will always be mediocre as most people come for their drinks, so we weren't expecting too much on that front.
Service was definitely the best part of the evening. We had one server that dealt with our large party. We didn't pre-order, so the server took all our drink and food orders in one fell swoop. She was extremely attentive and got every single order right. We were taken care of the whole night without any problems.
Overall, I can recommend Brewsters for a night out for drinks and snacks, but I think it was a stretch to have our work party there.
