  • I visit this location habitually while waiting for my boyfriend to get off work. And I normally have "ok" experiences. However today I was a bit let down. I came in with a caffeine headache so I wanted to get a drink that included an extra shot. But to drown out the taste of their strong espresso I asked to also get extra caramel. The cashier told me they couldn't do that because they were running low on caramel drizzle. I asked if they were completely out and he said no they still had some but that they couldn't use any extra on my drink. I was let down but I agreed to just have regular caramel drizzle and still keep the extra espresso shot. However while I was sitting on the couch waiting for my drink I heard another lady request extra caramel and a different cashier agreed it! No fair!!! Then on my way out, I needed to use to the restroom and was disappointed at how unclean it was! There was no toilet paper rolls and there were scraps of paper all over the floor. Once I flushed the toilet it made a really weird sound for at least 2 minutes while I was washing my hands.
