  • I had a similar experience as Melissa T. They went over the top with a simple repair. They came right away but never told me that i would be charged "after hour fees" because it was after 6:00pm. Then they had the nerve to call OVER 1 YEAR LATER to tell me that my insurance co never paid them, and my insurance confirmed that they did. I would not recommend!
